There are no listing fees, no monthly fees and no charge to join. When your work sells, we take a single, all-inclusive commission — covering secure payments, fraud protection, global exposure and support. Everything else, including your copyright, stays with you.
The rate depends on how you sell: 15% for individual artists and 30% for galleries — one flat, all-inclusive commission on each sale, with no hidden extras.
One all-inclusive rate — payment processing, escrow and buyer protection are included. The same rate applies to every sale, whatever the price. Galleries can configure their own split with represented artists from the dashboard.

When you’re paid
After a sale is confirmed, delivery is complete and the cancellation window has closed, your net proceeds are released from escrow.
How you’re paid
Proceeds are remitted to your registered payout account by bank transfer. Set it up once in your dashboard.
Currencies
Buyers can browse and pay across multiple currencies; you’re paid out in your account currency, with conversion handled transparently.
Traditional galleries commonly take 40–50% of a sale. On Lacuna, individual artists keep 85% and galleries keep 70% — with global reach, secure payments and your copyright intact.
